Sexuality Headcanon: bi as hell dude. i’ll also accept heavily repressed gay, but I lean more towards bi. while I do believe he genuinely is attracted to women (hard not to with the way oda beats you over the head with it), he also doth protest way, way, way too much.

Gender Headcanon: I don’t generally tend to have trans headcanons, only because the trans experience is pretty foreign to me to be honest. I hc sanji as cis, but i also think he might have learned a thing or two about himself on momoiro island (sexuality and gender-wise).

A ship I have with said character: man i know it’s cliche but i’ve been shipping zs since like 2003. it’s too good. it’s like tsundere but both sides are tsundere at the same time. they’re equals and they trust each other down to the bones but they also give each other relentless shit. sanji isn’t intimidated by zoro even a little bit. zoro doesn’t let sanji get away with anything. they’re the right and left hand of the pirate king and i love them so much

A BROTP I have with said character: sanji and usopp! the way sanji constantly reminds usopp of his worth (and the way usopp latches onto him as the least intimidating of the monster trio) is too good.

A NOTP I have with said character: sanji/nami, but sanji/any woman, honestly. i know i hc him as bi, but i just cannot with the way he is now. pervert jokes aside, oda has made sanji out to be someone who puts all women on this crazy pedestal, and while i can see where that comes from from wrt his character (history of horrible child abuse where women were the only non-abusive/positive figures, being raised in a culture of hypermasculinity on the baratie) I just cannot see him in any sort of healthy relationship with a woman until he works all of that shit out. regarding nami, personally i hc their relationship as far more platonic than sanji likes to pretend - i like to think the pervert jokes are mostly just a front (overcompensating much?), and that he actually views her more like the little sister he never had.

A random headcanon: sanji has never 100% gotten over his trauma related to food scarcity, and if he’s not careful he tends to underfeed himself because he gets low-grade anxiety over not having enough food. he also has massive unaddressed self esteem/martyr issues, due to being told throughout his childhood that he was useless/a failure. zoro helps a lot with this.

General Opinion over said character: MAN.... sanji is such a fantastic character if you surgically remove the pervert trope. Or even just dial it back several hundred notches. He’s one of the kindest strawhats- not as selfish as luffy, zoro, or nami, not as withdrawn as robin, not as goofy as usopp, franky, chopper or brook. He’s also one of the smartest while also being one of the strongest, a privilege not afforded to luffy or zoro. The way he feeds everyone no matter where they came from, the way he makes sure to lift up those around him, the way he’s so obviously dedicated his life to serving other people - he’s the glue that holds the crew together. just a gem. what a great guy.

What is your mental picture for Kit the sorcerer's character design?

hmmm idk… kit is definitely short (and angry about it) and perpetually messy. hair is short and sticks up everywhere. freckles!

the sorcerer has blue hair, at least by the time of the second story. (haven’t decided what the time gap between “peep the dragon” and “kit and the sorcerer” is yet.) anyway, bright blue wavy hair, just shorter than shoulder length. haven’t decided what their natural hair color is. definitely taller than kit. i’m going to cover gender and pronoun spells in the next story hopefully but depending on what they’re feeling like that day the person looking at them can just sort of see it

Sounds like depression to me

I’m fully aware of my depression as a constant factor. I just never had it quite like how it’s been in the past year where it’s like a whole chunk of my brain has shut down and I no longer can keep an imaginative thought or be creative.
