You don't see the tumor in my head or the thyroid disease. You don't see the low grade headache I have all the time. You could before. You could see it in my eyes and posture. You could see it in the extra weight I carried around. Then I woke up and decided I am a fighter. I know what it's like to work REALLY hard to live as healthy a life as I can. I fight against the lazyWendy, and I have hard days sometimes. Today I eyed a bag of tortilla chips my stepson left and seriously considered nomming all of them. But I didn't. I kept at it until working out and better eating habits were a lifestyle. It's not easy but in time, everything fades. And time is something none of us can take back, no matter how hard we try. After a certain age, our metabolism slows down. We can’t stop the aging process. However, we can maintain our health to age as slow as possible by taking care of our bodies, mind, diet and health. What I would do to have the stamina and quick results I used to get when I was younger. Right!? Now, I have to work twice as hard to get half the results. But it’s worth it. I feel happier, stronger, and healthier now than when I did in my 20s. I am happy. That’s the most best thing. I wish for you all the same! 😊🦄 #progressnotperfection #thatfiercelife #realbodies #fitness #curvygirl #glamsquad #mycoachlife
