That KC Star Wall - Dream Studios LLC.
This weekend I got the pleasure of visiting Dream Studios owned by artist Shane Evans. Evans graduated from Syracuse University and has been nominated for the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Literary Work- Kids/Teens. He works as an illustrator and designer in Kansas City, Mo.
Evans writes and illustrated books for children and teens of color and ethnic backgrounds. His most recent book collaboration was with actor Taye Diggs. They created the book “Chocolate Me!”, about a young chocolate boy who goes through obstacles with his skin color.
While visiting this DOPE art studio I knew I had to take photos!
