With the softest intake of breath, a gasp, Mamoru places a hand upon the pommel of his sword- in similar fashion to his father, of course. Stance relaxes and chocolate eyes widen just slightly at the sight before him. Was that who he believed it to be? Surely the likeness was uncanny but how could she be in this world of light and dark? Perhaps it was simply a look-alike and he was making a scene with his dumbfounded appearance. There was only one way to know for sure, and keeping muddled thoughts to himself wasn’t it.

The hand not touching his weapon raised to cover his mouth as he gently cleared his throat in an attempt to calm himself, and to gain the attention of the look-alike. “Good day milady!” He speaks with the friendly wave of his hand. “Pleasant weather, isn’t it?”

            “ WATCH OUT! ” 

       KADEN yells as he runs forward, shifting into his nine-tails form in a moment’s flash. A stranger is who he has called out to, simply because he can sense an archer lying in wait for them. An arrow or two flies out, and Kaden can only hope to stop it. He swiftly pushes past the unknown figure ( hoping that he is not too rough with her, for his true form can pack a punch if need be ) and tries to go after the assailant.
