Edith Schiele in Striped Dress, Seated. Egon Schiele - 1915.
2026 sounds like a fake number for a year. Sci-fi movie number. I could suspend my disbelief enough to get on board with 2025, but 2026 is too far.
And then what’s next? 2027, 2028 2034 nah man
hey wild take
how about we start

These all entertained me at some point but funnily they seem to share some timeless features. Is this a type of face? Of bone structure? A style? What do you think?

This was an interesting watch. It’s a biopic with three stars that all elevate the material with their performances. I feel like Rebecca Hall was especially good. It’s not your typical biopic depiction. It’s charming & witty. It’s not so much about the origins of Wonder Woman coming to be is it about the complex relationship between the three characters & sexual liberation. Idk how it adds up with the facts, but as someone who doesn’t know much about Wonder Woman beyond the recent movie, I was intrigued going in. It was kinda cool watching this. Certainly worth a watch.
