Dale got me to the orthopedic place this morning and they removed the splint. Snapped a photo of the stitches before they had a chance to remove them. Got the foot x-rayed and when they looked at them I was told everything was looking good.

Back in the boot. Was surprised they they still wanted me to use crutches. I thought I'd be able to just heal in the boot. However, they told me it's about more than just the bone, it's about allowing the soft tissue to heal. Sad cuz still no driving now. I thought I'd be able to change into my shoe for using the car pedals but NOOOOOO. Oh well, it is what it is.
