What is metalocalypse about the beatles? Not sarcasm I promise 😰

No worries, dear anon! I actually think The Beatles were a particularly big inspiration on the show as a whole -- Beatlemania was a very real thing, after all. Metalocalypse just ran with that concept and turned it up to 11. The whole concept of Dethklok, for example is that they're a band that's so insanely big, they become subsequently and perhaps permanently intertwined on a cultural level with humanity that spans the whole globe.

There are other things too, of course, but it'd take me sitting through the show and taking notes at this point. Top of my head - Toki's whole underwater friends/hallucinations in general feel very Yellow Submarine to me. Hell, Nathan and Pickles' bff/rivalry angle in season 3 could be considered a Paul and John thing. Worth noting -- a lot of these things are all tropes because the Beatles started it. I could sit down and do a doctorate-level dissertation on how Paul McCartney was a pioneer of the bass guitar in general, due to his melodic approach to a traditionally rhythm-oriented instrument, for example. A ridiculous number of professional musicians play bass the way they do because they saw Paul doing it that way, and they figured that's just how it was. You probably get the picture. Someone can ask what The Beatles have to do with any given thing, especially as it pertains to music... but it might be a shorter list to say what they don't have to do with something. :)
