Language evolves. But some refuse to believe it. So give them a list

Apparently, the following language evolution examples are okay:

Rickroll - a verb created for the act of tricking someone into listening to Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up”

Google- a noun as well as a verb due to the popularity of one search engine

Selfie - a word created to refer to a picture taken of oneself.

Mini-me - a word created to mean a younger version of you or someone who looks like you but smaller.

Noob/Newb/N00b - someone who is new at something or inexperienced

Sext(ing) - texting sexual content

Whovian - a name for people who are a fan of Doctor Who

Captcha - a name for the system to tell humans and computers apart (Completely Automated Public Turing Test To Tell Computers and Humans Apart)

But these examples of language evolution apparently aren’t okay:

Nonbinary - a word used to describe any gender that is neither male nor female, the concept of which has been around forever

Allistic - a word to mean “not autistic” so that autistics no longer have to alienate ourselves by calling allistics “normal”

Cisgender - the Latin opposite of “transgender” as “trans” means to (go) across and “cis” means to remain the same/on the same side so trans folk no longer have to alienate ourselves by calling cis people “normal”

Neurotypical - a word to refer to neurologically typical people so those of us with mental illnesses, disorders, and disabilities no longer have to alienate ourselves by calling neurotypicals “normal”

Pansexual - a word created to describe attraction to all genders in order to ensure inclusion of nonbinary people.

Every single word you’ve ever used was once “new” and faced backlash. If you fight against the evolution of language because you “cant just make words up”, I officially forbid you from speaking. All words are made up and if you can’t accept that, don’t ever talk to me again.

This shit keeps popping up on my Facebook and it pisses me off. I honestly don’t know what rebuttal to go with for it. The fact that if the Titanic sank in 2016 it would have enough lifeboats for all the passengers? The fact that there are stories of men disguising as women to get on lifeboats when the Titanic actually sunk? The fact that women first is part of a toxic culture that promotes men as more willing to sacrifice or not be "real men"? Or the fact that the Titanic wouldn't sink today because we have the technology to see a damn iceberg? How about all of the above?
