Alright i don't work in IT but i am the go to gal for when anything happens to anyone in the families computer or their friends computer. All i ask in return is a little patience, perhaps lunch and for you to quit hovering over my shoulder and getting pissy so i can get shit done.
I think i hit rock bottom and went insane when i had to teach a 90 year old how to open up her email and do other basic tasks. There were so many toolbar's and adware on the system that you could only see an inch of the screen. Then after resetting everything including all her precious email she was so desperate to get into what do i find? chain letters, fucking chain letters like that shit that we used to email each other when we first got on the internet as a kid. You know the type with the pictures of cute animals in it or perhaps a crappy 8bit animation of someones name with neon glow sparkles, or some shitty embedded poem about angels and other shit like that.
Oh and yes you may be able to play your shitty little game of solitaire on your computer but that doesn't mean you have to download it ever time you want to play it. I could go on about this forever as i hate being enslaved to being the computer's bitch for a few hours.
