Helpanothergenic/Teamgenic: a system that formed to help their headmate(s)/system work through different situations, an alternative term for traumagenic systems who (want to) focus on the teamwork, connection, and positive aspects and relationships of plurality and systemhood, rather than the trauma that caused it, though it can be used by systems of any origin!
