Thinking about omegaverse Sam and Dean during any of the divorce arcs. Splitting up and Dean gets physically ill from it and tries jerking off incessantly with one of Sam's hoodies pressed to his nose in replacement of the real thing. He stole the garment before they parted, and Sam knows he has it, let him take it.

So naturally, when a couple days have passed and the hoodie starts to inevitably smell more like Dean, he texts Sam to ask him to bring a new shirt. Sam agrees but tells him to scent the one he currently has before giving it back. They meet up and say nothing, just look sadly at each other in stolen glances, exchanging grocery bags.

They keep this up, like idiots, obviously still missing each other but refusing to talk about it... Up until Dean's heat starts. Sam makes his run to a lonely motel room, picking up on Dean's scent from the parking lot. He's immediately hard in his jeans when he gets to the door.

When Dean opens the door, one look and Sam is growling and involuntarily showing his teeth. His eyes are dark, and his dick is hard, and Dean whines immediately, Sam dropping the bag so they can start pawing at each other like animals.

Dean reacts to the touch immediately, throwing his head back in content. "Fuck, yeah. I don't– Baby, I don't– Why are we still apart, Sammy? Why are we even apart?" Dean asks with wild eyes, hands cupping over Sam's that are pressed firmly to his chest.

"I don't know, Dean. I don't know. I miss you so much."

Honestly, it was interesting to see the way things have been turned around, with Pure originally being desperate to get news from Air only to completely forget about checking her phone because she was having so much fun, in a moment where Air actually really needed her, whereas Air tried to put distance between them and is now the one clinging to her phone desperately waiting for an answer...And of course Pure being constantly dissapointed when she realizes it's Air and not Loft texting her...
