After some deciphering, it becomes evident what the raven is saying. After the people came to live on the island, they began riding giant birds, and even had a school for learning how to ride them. With that, the raven gives Link and Tetra her part of the key. The next Oocca needs to be reached by activating switches using the bombs. When the switches are activated, the door to the Oocca is opened. Inside is a peacock-like Oocca, who declares his beauty. He speaks more of the temple's history.
