Name:

Yuu cannot remember her name when she wakes up in the magic coffin. Crowley resorts to calling her "you" when referring to her. On official documents, she changed "you" to "Yuu". She picked Quinn as a surname simply because she liked it when thinking of potential options.

Abilities:

Yuu is an amnesiac who lost all personal memories, but retains an encyclopediac amount of knowledge in her head. This includes information that she believes to be somehow from other universes. An example being that she has insight on all the classic Disney movies, but knows that Twisted Wonderland, despite having similarities, is different.

During the first Overblot incident, Yuu is revealed to not be fully human, as spider legs emerge from her torso to aid her when she is running away from the danger. These legs can be retracted and will grow back if broken.

Club choice:

Yuu was forced into picking a club. She wasn't particularly interested in gargoyles, but with it only having one member, she joined it in hopes that there would be less idle chatter.

Hobby:

While she has no personal memories, she enjoys shuffling through the knowledge that is in her head. She can get lost just thinking about stories and tunes nonexistent from the world of Twisted Wonderland.

Talents:

Despite losing her personal memories, she's very skilled at using the knowledge she does have to her advantage. Her quick wit is helpful in adapting to this strange environment she knows little about other than it's an alternative Disney universe. She also has a perfect memory, remembering the smallest details that happen since waking up in Twisted Wonderland.

Disliked Food:

Mildly allergic to acidic fruit and not a fan of food that is overly spicy or too salty.

does Qinn (once relaxed and with people she trusts, like to laugh? The way she holds herself reminds me of people who like saying absurd and out of pocket things to make people laugh (or cry)

Quinn doesn't really laugh much, and even then it's like a quiet chuckle. She's usually smirking when something amuses her. Even when around those she becomes close too, it's more likely that she'll smile (genuinely) than laugh out loud.

However... She does like it when she can make others laugh. If intentionally trying to be funny or she's being sarcastic, she'll get an ego boost if anyone laughs what she said. So while she doesn't laugh much herself, she'll find pleasure when others find her humorous 😁

How far will things stray from the Canon plot ?

I plan to stay very far from the canon plot. As of making this post, the story is up to chapter 4. There are already shifts in the plot direction, but it's still reminiscent of our canon. 5+ will be a clean break from canon.

However certain events will still happen. Like the Spelldrive tournament as it's a scheduled event at the school.

will yuu be in a relationship with anyone later down the line ?

While not the central focus of the story, there will be romance for Yuu (as well as potentially others) at a later point.

It's not a huge spoiler who Yuu will end up with, as it's tagged on A03 (with a /). I wanted to make it clear from the start that it's the intended pairing while keeping other details vague. As for relationship dynamics... it will be a fun surprise when they eventually meet and start interacting.

However, as I said before, this is more of a side plot than the main theme of the story. Yuu will be interacting with many characters that I'm excited to write when the time comes. I only wish I could write faster so she can meet more people quicker 😂

Do you have any OCs planned for your fic outside of the MC?

I actually have quite a lot, but most of them will just be minor background characters that don't do too much outside of being mentioned a few times. At the moment, I only have two that will make a bigger impact involving the plot. But even then they won't be anything more than notable side characters. My focus will be more on the canon cast as a whole since there are already so many characters to work with.

All of the OCs are twisted from pre-existing Disney characters 🙂
