Updating my Wii U

Doing homework. Found out there was an update. No problem. Picked up my gamepad and set the Wii U to update. Now back to homework. My WiiU isn't even plugged into the tv right now. Guys.

I have less than 60 days left in Korea and this has me experiencing a conflicting concoction of emotions. I'm dreading saying farewell to this country and though there's definitely a part of me that senses that I won't be gone for long, it's going to be difficult to leave this place and the people I've grown close to here. I've also grown rather attached to simply being a foreigner and I cannot really say that I'm ready to return to a world where I'm not slightly out of place.

Despite all of my hesitations, frustrations and simply not really wanting to leave Korea, I am so looking forward to seeing my family and friends and reconnecting in person with the people I dearly love that are spread all over the U.S.. I cannot wait to see Iowa and its lovely, awesome Iowans and Portland and its delightful, weird people. Ohhhh and the food! I'm seriously just going to eat all of the time when I'm back in America, devouring and consuming all of my favorite dishes and foods that don't exist in their proper form in Korea.

I'm so excited/anxious/nervous to see what unfolds in the next few months as I really have no concrete idea of where I'm going to end up--I could be moving to Chicago, returning to my homeland of Portland, L.A. has been a strange idea in my head and back to Seoul is certainly a possibility.

The countdown to my return to America has begun. See you soon friends.
