Sneak Peek: The Hazel

There were more things than that. Hazel had avoided him, and he did approach her. She would either run away or have a ‘talk’ with him. There were things she regretted. Well, all of them actually. All the things and said. She regretted it in her whole life.

“I didn’t know how long you had to come back,” Hazel told him quietly, looking down. “but that didn’t matter how long. It mattered that you will come back. Had come back. You’re here and that matters to me.”

Even if he came back for her for a hundred or thousand years, she would still be happy.

The Doctor could tell she was still not finish. He waited for her to spoke up again.

“I wanted to die,” she admitted which made the Doctor’s jaw dropped. “But I just couldn’t. I wanted to see you one last time,” she chuckled a bit. “You were the reason why I kept living and fighting.”
