I've only been on tumblr a few months, so I'm still learning it's vocabularies. I have to google everything. It's actually more labour than reading an 18th-century novel.

But anyway, I didn't realise until yesterday that something happens on here with the Ides of March. And this amuses me, because irl this is the time of year when I periodically startle my partner with a Shakespearian, highly melodramatic outburst of "Beware, the Ides of March!". I sometimes vary it to a simple, ominous side-glance accompanied by a semi-strangulated, "The Ides, the Ides!"

As you can tell, I'm great to live with. Not annoying at all ;)

It's nice to know that I'm in an Ides safe space on here. But I still don't know what the tumblr Idesing actually entails, so if anyone wants to elucidate me . . .
