Wowii were a Miami, Florida based band that perfected the power pop sound of the late 1970s. This really could have sounded perfect on Ork Records. They released 3 singles, but now, thanks to Reminder Records, we get their entire recorded output.

This is power pop in the vein of Big Star or The Raspberries. More modern bands mining similar sounds are The Lemon Twigs, and Gentleman Jesse. The Bandcamp page also mentions Milk n' Cookies, The Brats, and The Marbles.

There's a one-shot game incoming next week, in anticipation of the Icewind Dale book and campaign. And i have an idea for a ranger tabaxi, a big fluffy ginger maine coon, former criminal, now a hunter and a handy man, and very much in love with his partner, a taller and more slender snow leopard tabaxi, fisherman and handy man.

Anyway, they're called the Jacks, as ginger boi's new name is Ice on Pineneedles (former name Vibrant Dusk), and the mate is Frost from Cold Morning.
