Ah, I’ve been away from the keyboard a little longer then expected... my apologies. I’ve been super busy as of late, and also testing out products over a much longer period of time- rather than just first impressions. I don't want to prolong this review any longer with my little update here... so, without further ado...
Son&Park Beauty Water! This beauty water is certainly not your normal run of the mill beauty water... no my friends, it’s so much more.
Formulated without the following:
Parabens
Sulfates
Phthalates
Highlighted Ingredients:
Papaya, lavender, rosa damascene flower water, orange fruit extract, coconut, wheat, citrus grandis (Grapefruit) peel oil, cedrus Atlantica (willow) bark oil, rose follower oil, etc.
the natural fruit, oils and other scented ingredients used really give this beauty water such a lovely mild scent. It’s almost non-existent, but, also mildly present at the same time. I found it very pleasant and refreshing.
Being a multitasking toner, mild exfoliator and cleanser, this particular beauty water is definitely not on the list of average beauty waters. It comes highly recommended by many far and wide-in fact, it was recommend to me by Ainsley (another product recommendation by such a wonderfully beautiful human being) I much say she wasn't exaggerating when describing this product to me during my treatment. It is really great for all skin types.. normal, oily, combination, dry and even sensitive skin; Dealing with Dullness, uneven texture, dryness and uneven skin tone.
It certainly leaves the skin smooth and ready for the rest of my routine. My morning and night routines differ, and sometimes, my day to day routines do as well. It all depends really. This beauty water has a pH of about 4.5 which effectively balances the skins natural pH levels after cleansing, which is great! Love me some good ole pH balancing products~

(Son&Park)
I’ve found this beauty water to be quite the game changer in my routine, and what started as a mere product test, turned into something more. I love this product and it will definitely always have a spot on my shelf for as long as it’s on the market-and if ever it is discontinued I’d most definitely stock up... no doubt about that. I use this as a standalone cleanser in the morning/after my workouts, following up with whatever may come next. I've recommended this to many, and they’ve actually fallen in LOVE with it after one use. This product is true to its word and highly favored by many-not just in the K-beauty community, but also the Western, and European beauty communities as well.
How to Use:
Moisten a cotton pad and gently sweep across your face, starting from the center and working outward.
Side Note:
It’s also great to use throughout the day to freshen up the skin-I’m not one to wear makeup much other than special occasions, so I tend to use this when I feel it necessary.
Hi there! Today I wanted to mention a kbeauty blog I frequent by Soko Glam. Theklog focuses on all things Korean skincare from reviews to lifestyle tips to recommendations from skincare experts. There’s a lot of useful information on there and as a great bonus, most if not all of the products they mention are conveniently available on their online store. Definitely worth checking out if you’re on the hunt for new products or anything Korean beauty.
Banila Co Dear Hydration Boosting Cream Product Review
I picked this product for review because it seemed more than your basic hydrating cream. I became interested from the product description on Soko Glam, "...imparts a long-lasting glow and makes skin dewier, softer, and smoother, prepping it for makeup application." I'm always up for products that claim to give you naturally dewy, glowing skin.
Disclaimer: This product was given to me from The Klog as their contributor. I was not given any money to do this review. I enjoy doing product reviews to share my own experiences with the product and hope someone finds it useful.

The Boosting Moisturizer That Actually Gave Me “Glass Skin”
Read my review on how this single product alone gave me "glass skin" (a Korean beauty trend).
Choi Minho, a vocalist and rapper heartthrob from K-pop group SHINee, stopped by Los Angeles to perform at KCON, an annual convention that features everything from K-pop to K-beauty. Known for his boyish good looks and flawless skin on stage and as the romantic lead in the drama To The Beautiful You, The Klog caught up with Minho to ask him about his skincare secrets. Here’s four things we learned about Choi Minho in our exclusive interview!
1. He has a favorite skincare step
“I’m often wearing heavy makeup for photo shoots, concerts and other events, so the most important step in my skincare routine is cleansing. It’s very important to remove makeup thoroughly from your skin at the end of the day.
Due to my busy schedule, there are many days I go without sleep. On those days I look and feel tired, I make sure to hydrate my body and skin. I drink a lot of water and I also apply 1.5 times more moisturizer than usual.”
2. He uses sheet masks regularly
“I don’t use sheet masks every single day, but I do use them often when my skin is really dry.”
3. He has advice for men who are too lazy for skincare
“I admit there are times when I am too lazy to do my skincare routine. For those men who may feel the same, I recommend doing these three steps after cleansing–tone, moisturize and apply sunblock. Sunblock is so important!”
4. He has two favorite cities in the US
“I don’t travel to the US often–only when there is a performance or if I go on vacation. So far I love Los Angeles and Vegas. One of my first vacations was in Las Vegas, and that was a very memorable trip.”
