it is publicly available! https://delta.roosterteeth.com/series still in beta, but anyone can use it if they want to.

If you had an rt account back in the day you can even request a code to get back into your old account.

Step 1: Building Up Your Career

It doesn’t matter what career you choose to pursue in life, you will always have to start somewhere in order to get to where you want to actually be in your career. Nobody is ever going to hand you your dream job, you’re going to have to work from the very bottom being an assistant or being an un-paid intern in order to get the better jobs in life. Every industry requires you to get your feet wet, which is all important for building a resume for future employers. 

Everyone has to start at a place they don’t necessarily want to be, which is also referred to as working in “the mailroom”. The mailroom is a metaphor, meaning that you have to start from the bottom in order to get to the top. It’s one of the lowest positions within a company, in order to gain a greater understanding of the environment you’re currently working in. Why this is so crucial, is because “the mailroom” is what makes you tougher in the business and teaches you how to act in a competitive aspect.  

“The mailroom” is not only important to gain experience and knowledge of the industry your choosing to work for, but it also builds many connections. Having a wide variety of different jobs and internships will help you network and gain connections in your field of work. So finally when the day comes a position opens up for what you really want to be doing with your life, you have great recommendations and friends due to past jobs. You’re never going to know what people you meet, that will know someone else who can benefit you in your career somehow. Working in “the mailroom” may be very tedious and stressful job at first, but looking at the job for the long run it is going to get you places, whether you realize it or not.
