40 Fabulous Pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge in Honor of Her 40th Birthday (35/40)
The Duchess of Cambridge helps plant a new garden at The Nook in June 2020.
So, since I re-arranged my storage spaces when I moved into the new apartment, I’ve conceived of ‘the Nook’ (the space under my loft bed) as a sort of clubhouse for all my dolls to hang out in, but besides stringing lights up for when i want to take picture s(don’t worry, they’re always off otherwise), i didn’t do much to have it look like one.
I hope to change that eventually: see if i can find/make cushions, chairs, beanbag chairs, even some doll-sized crates to give it that ‘cobbled together clubhouse’ vibe i was picturing, but for now, I’m making do with blankets/shawls to make little seats for my girls.
Hopefully,t his is just the start of what the Nook will be!
The Duchess of Cambridge visits The Nook in Framlington Earl during Children’s Hospice Week | June 2020
The Duchess of Cambridge joined @eachhospices families to plant a garden for The Nook. The Duchess worked alongside a volunteer gardener to plant a garden that will provide enjoyment for children and families #ChildrensHospiceWeek 💗💗 As she promised to his brother, she planted a sunflower in memory of Fraser, a brave 9 years old boy who passed away this year 🌻💛🌻
