Just watched the odyssey in cinemas and all I could think of is technoblade 😭 my love for Greek myths has been rekindled now Im going to read and watch old techno videos lol but it got me thinking about a fanfic version of the odyssey or something similar with techno, honestly some of the fight scenes just screamed techno. Knowing me though the idea will proberbly never leave my head bcs writersblock suckksssss but maybe one day hehe

I've seen the new Odyssey movie and while I didn't personally think it was great and didn't capture the original story, people bashing it do to simply changing scenes is bizarre. Like I have some news for you about mythology and folk tales. Especially oral traditions. I have some news for you about Apollo being the Sun God in the original story

I just watched the oddessy and I’ve gotta say, it felt quite underwhelming. I was expecting a big ACCURATE epic with nobody, the gods, the olive bed test but I got a war film. My Main gripe is how many vital moments got cut, it made Odysseus less of a trickster when he is almost constantly referred to as a trickster king.
