I can’t be the only one entirely too gleeful that Tarvek lists Gil as the only other person he still cares about
Anonymously send my muse a wet dream. Make them feel horny or fluster when they’re awake.
It started with paperwork. Nobody wanted to dream of paperwork, right? Anything would be a welcome escape and her dreams was happy to provide.
Robert. Visi. The two of them sat oh-so comfortably across the desk from her. The dream was inconsistent in it's justifications but they'd been conspiring. Smug grins and wandering eyes, it was obvious they'd been up to no good, and it was Mandy's job to make sure they learned better.
She probably should've thought ahead and realized they might not be so easily tamed... Whoops?
Anonymously send my muse a wet dream. Make them feel horny or fluster when they’re awake.
Bolts upright, the amulet which had been loosely held in her right palm sliding to the floor. Sprawled lengthwise along the bed, Mandy winced as light came through her windows, tired blue eyes wandering to the nearest clock face she could see...catching her reflection in the mirror angled at the closet instead.
The blush is what she sees first, then the heated skin reminds her what she had been roused from. Wild-wide-eyed, a pull of her teeth to her bottom lip, glance away as if her reflection was going to judge her. Ashamed. Aroused. It bounces back and forth.
Both were off limits. Least of all not because she might be 'free' from her previous relationship, but it'd be tacky to even think about other people.
...realized she was losing sight of the bigger picture. BOTH were her employees.
One she was attempting to get back on her feet, feel a little more comfortable with a career change. Sure, she had lovely raven-hair, brown eyes and a cheeky smile Blazer wanted to wipe off and Mandy simply wanted to touch and feel each little movement...
Visi, teased at least thinking her name, but that coupled with the dream felt too invasive. Needed permission to say her civilian name. ...now what her mind wandered to and subconsciously fed her, Mandy had no control over it. How she had looked over in envy at the other woman's abs, she was compact, firm and had enough spunky energy it was annoying sometimes.
Robert...seemed she had a type, Visi said it was the 'save me' sort, problem was he didn't really need her. Not as much as Katon-Ur had...look how that turned out. If not her, then Chase would have gotten through to him eventually. Could have been anyone.
Wanted it to be her though. To make him happy, even if a little bit, a minor improvement. To gently touch his face again, had noticed the freckles when she took off his mask, those were surprising and sparked more curiosity than the scars had. Coupled with that searching light in his eyes, something that broke through the haze of alcohol. A near lean in that if only she had allowed...no had thrown herself forward...it would have been nice.
Nice? Sinful. A betrayal. Emotional double cross.
He was too good of a person to go through that if she had clued him in. Visi would have taunted and tormented her with 'cheater', but Mandy liked to think she would have turned her down too.
Some lines even reformed villains don't cross.
Now both of them were clouding her thoughts, at war with
Biblical greed...wasn't that what it was being called now? Because at some point her imagination stopped having them compete for space and instead...double-team her?
Not a nice thought to entertain, but Mandy toyed with the idea of giving the necklace a break tonight. Find someone. Didn't have to be forever, just...get her mind off...
That's using someone though. Not even a rebound, it's a forget-them-fuck.
If it was distasteful in her own mind, Mandy knew she wasn't going to go through with a mindless hookup.
