Opinion on pickles?

Pickles always remind me of my sibling who thinks they're delicious
I probably wouldn't eat them whole straight out the jar like they do but I won't complain about pickle slices in a burger either.
I prefer a sort of pickle relish which is pretty common on street food here in Finland
To me pickles are kinda like pineapple on pizza in a way, like I won't turn down a pizza just because there's pineapple on it but I probably won't order pineapple if it's up to me.
Pickles have their place in the universe but I rarely seek them out. I might encounter pickles again someday and if I do I'll treat them and their enjoyers with respect.
