Mourou-Ngou is an elusive scimitar-toothed theropod dinosaur that hunts in the dense forests and rivers. Despite being smaller than other theropod dinosaurs that it shared its home with, Mourou-Ngou was no less a dangerous predator. Its slender body made it perfectly suited for hunting smaller, faster prey within the dense forests.

Believed to be a lion, the majority of sightings have been reported from the Central African Republic and Chad, but also as far afield as Angola, Mali, and Kenya.

In 1911, French naturalist Lucien Blancou was told by an old man named Moussa that a boat containing French tirailleurs was overturned in the Bamingui River by a Mourou-Ngou, which seized one of the men in its mouth and dragged him underwater. Moussa said that he had seen the animal's tracks himself, on the riverbank, and claimed that they were larger than those of a lion.

Also known as Nillekma or Arase, the Abada can usually be seen in herds consisting of ten to fifteen members, although males will - when they reach the proper age, either leave the herd and live a solitary life or challenge the alpha male for the right to take over the herd. They are mostly placid animals although they have a reputation of being bad-tempered if they or their young are threatened.

Its most dangerous weapon is by far its twin horns, but their frills are rather fragile; so despite being living tanks, they usually prefer to use intimidation as their first tactic. Most duels between rival males are dealt with in this way to avoid major injuries.

The Abada has been misclassified by many to be a living unicorn in Africa. Giovanni Cavazzi, an Italian missionary, travelled in Portuguese Angola in the 17th century and heard tales about a creature similar to a horse but closer in size to an ox and having a head similar to a deer. In many of these tales, the Abada is said to be a sign of good fortune as it would appear when a traveler was lost or when someone was gravely ill.

The Muhuru is one of the most common member of the hadrosaur family. They prefer to live in small herds consisting of ten to fifteen individuals for protection, although males will occasionally travel alone. The most notable feature of Muhuru is their club-like tail that males use to challenge rivals and females us to protect their young, although they ere effectively useless against large predators, relying on either their numbers or flight.

In 1963, missionary Cal Bombay and his wife Marion Bombay were driving in the Great Rift Valley when they noticed a large creature lying on its side, observe the creature for about 10 minutes before it eventually got up and moved on. When questioned about the animal, Bombay reported that it had a row of triangular ridges on its back and its face resembled an alligator.

Mokele-Mbembe is a large sauropod dinosaur that dwells within forested areas and wetlands where they feed upon the low hanging vegetation. This dinosaur is infamous for its aggression as it has been known to attack other animals without being provoked. While they will stomp their feet as a warning, they have on many occasions charged at their victims and crush them underfoot.

One of the most unique traits of the Mokele-Mbembe is their saber teeth. Males have longer teeth that they use to intimidate and spar with rival males, while females use them to protect their nests. Juveniles will stay with their mother for a short time after hatching but will strike out on their own after becoming juveniles.

The first reported sighting of Mokele-Mbembe was in 1776 by a French missionary in the Congo river, who did not actually see the creature itself but rather the footprints it had left behind. It wasn't until Willy Ley's 1941 book "Exotic Zoology" that describes a manuscript from 1913 by German Captain Ludwig Freiherr von Stein zu Lausnitz. Von Stein was stationed in what is now Cameroon to conduct a survey of German colonies. During his time there he heard stories of a local legend called "Mokele-Mbembe", and shared a report that inspired many in the Cryptozoology community ever since to conduct numerous expeditions for the elusive Mokele-Mbembe.

The Mbielu-Mbielu-Mbielu is the largest surviving stegosaur. Even though they are faster than most people believe, they rarely run from a fight, choosing instead to stand its ground and intimidate its attacker. With their eyesight being their best sense, they keep an eye out for potential danger since they are a common prey choice, even though predators do prefer seeking out safer options.

Mbielu-Mbielu-Mbielu is completely comfortable living solitary lives or living in herds of their own kind. They also tolerate the presence of other herbivores which they find beneficial as it adds mutual protection against predators.

Sightings of Mbielu-Mbielu-Mbielu have mostly been reported by local villagers near Bounila and Ebolo, claiming that the creature had been sighted numerous times in lakes and rivers, and the name Mbielu-Mbielu-Mbielu is translated to "the animal with planks growing out of its back".

Kasai Rex is a large theropod dinosaur that evolved from the abelisaurs that ruled Madagascar and India 70 million years ago. The Kasai Rex is noticeably stronger than any of its ancestors as it evolved to hunt larger, tougher prey. However, like its ancestors, its jaws were not strong enough to crush bone and instead used its teeth to bite and grip its prey.

The Kasai Rex sported a set of nasal horns for visual display, used for both territorial disputes and for attracting mates. The horns slowly grow larger and more defined with age, which makes the mortality rate among the species at its highest when they grow into juveniles and adolescents.

The first recorded sighting of Kasai Rex was by experienced Swedish hunter John Johnson and his servant in 1932. They witnessed the theropod hunting a pair of bull elephants before a single shot from Johnson's shotgun drove it away. Retreating through a swamp, they later spotted the Kasai Rex feeding upon the carcass of a slain rhinoceros. He immediately thought of shooting the creature, but the terrified servant had taken his shotgun, so he instead took a photo of the creature, the sound of the click driving it away. He later shared his encounter with the newspaper The Rhodesia Herald, and Kasai Rex had since become one of the most fascinating neodinosaurs in Africa's menagerie of cryptids.

The Kongamato is a large flying reptile that lives anywhere near a body of freshwater. They live in large flocks and are even known to socialize with other pterosaurs, but this also makes them a common target for large predators.

The Kongamato's diet is comprised of fish and the remains of dead animals. They tend to be skittish around larger animals and will fly away when approached by one, but they are surprisingly aggressive towards animals closer to their size when provoked, especially when it comes to guarding their nests.

The name Kongamato translates to "breaker of boats" or "overturner of boats", as these pterosaurs are said to capsize the canoes of natives that got too close, receiving a set of bite marks that served as the only evidence of these encounters. It has also been said that the Kongamato was known to dig out graves and scavenge the human corpses. There are several historical reports of European explorers encountering the Kongamatos, the first being Frank Melland in his 1923 book "In Witchbound Africa".
