In honour of season 3 of Traitors airing I would like to give my completely unnecessary takes on the vibes Claudia gives off in every season.

Season 1 - Reclusive celebrity who’s secretly sadistic behind the scenes. The ‘death game’ is something she’s set up like a murder mystery for her own amusement. Closest to a real murder mystery novel. Nobody knows quite what they’re getting into but they do know Claudia. Seems genuinely happy for the winners.

Season 2 - Malevolent evil god. The way Claudia managed to sell the empty embrace of evil after Harry won and had to sit with everything he’d done, alone with the money, was insane. A lot more darker fate and death imagery in that season too.

Season 3 - Now here’s where I’m conflicted, because on one hand I want to say evil pantomime narrator (constant talking to camera, the fairground, etc.) but on the other I want to say cult leader because that’s clearly what they seem to be going for. The last mission really evoked Midsommar. We’ll have to see how it pans out.
