Have u finish reading Snowflake Method? Just started it and read the first two chapters. Not so sure about Lauren anymore, such a plot twist.
Yes I’ve read it. It’s still a good read for me. Not as interesting as Iceberg, but still okay

The Snowflake Method Using Tabs
Use Google.Docs New Feature to Write and Navigate Your Novel
People have sprinkled various ways to use Randy Ingermanson's Snowflake Method of developing a novel: Excel Spreadsheets, a three-ring binder, Plottr software, and so on. Really, paper and a pen would be enough. However, a writer who wants to experiment with the Snowflake Method with different mediums has many options. All of them are great.
I have one more way: Google.Docs with tabs. Someone may have already developed this, but I couldn't find it. I went ahead and created my own template. Maybe someone will find this way of using the Snowflake Method to create a novel helpful. Let me know.
Download the template: Snowflake Method in Google.Docs with tabs.

Can the Snowflake Method and Save the Cat beats be used together? Simultaneously? Can Save the Cat and the Snowflake Method be Used Together? Simultaneously? – Andrew M. Friday (andrewmfriday.com)
So my decision to participate in preptober and nanowrimo was immediately followed by a week and a half of severe exhaustion and brain fog 😬😓 so I didn't prepare as much as I would have liked, so I'm just going to continue working on the snowflake method. Since I basically just did the "write your story as one sentence" exercise and that's it.
(it took a lot of time to even do that. 😅)
Or if I don't want to do that on a given day but still wanna write, I'll do writing prompts set in universe :)
Decided on no world goal, just that I want to sit down and even just *try* to write every day. And instead will be tracking whether I tried at all or not.
The Snowflake Method - Step One
Create a one sentence summary of your story.
This was incredibly hard for me, because there were so many things I wanted to reflect in the summary, but I realized the story boiled down to one thing, and while it's not the most intriguing sentence, it's still the most succinct way I could think to put it. It legitimately took me like a week to get it to this point.
Elliott's life is turned upside down when he learns someone close to him is not what they seem.
That's it. I also ended up changing my protag's name because Zeke just wasn't feeling right anymore.
Does anyone find The Snowflake Method more useful for revision purposes? It’s a bit restrictive to creativity when it’s used to plan stories beforehand. I’m currently attempting to organize my WIP with it retrospectively, but I haven’t heard of doing this before. Click here for an explanation of the method if you’re interested.
A general question... why don't u ever include smut in your fanficts? 🙈🙈 C & L should have ✂✂🔏🔓👉👌 in snowflake method... 🤗
Honestly? I love smut lol I love reading smut but I don’t feel confident writing it. I’ve attempted it and deleted it. I’ve only kept one sex scene which is in ch 13 or 14 of the snowflake method and it was more romantic than sexual. So idk I think it’s just a confidence thing, that what I think will be hot others might not think so and ..yeah lol
