Good night. I’ve probably posted this before. This is my favorite song off The Soviettes’ (probably) last-ever album, and if you could distill everything I love about punk music and pour a straight shot of it, you would get this song. IT IS SO GOOD. These guys have always been criminally under-listened, which is probably why they do not record any more as this band. Their various new projects are all good, too, but not good like this is good.
To continue even after yesterday... one of the only “all girls band” I listen to (or bands with women in it at all, sadly).
The Soviettes kicked ass, I’m so sad they don’t exist anymore :(
