Yes, this is the first new full length Eddy Current Suppression Ring LP since 2019's "All In Good Time" (Castle Face Records).
You can always count on ECSR for great angular post punk that defies comparison. In fact, if you look on AllMusic the "influenced by" has only The Pagans, The Troggs, X, and The Standells. Nice weird mix.
Frankly, I'll get you ready for some upcoming posts - look soon for posts on Crying Loser, and Cola - both bands that show some ECSR influence. In 2026 alone, I've mentioned ECSR in posts about Institute, Welt Star and Optic Sink.
This looks like it will be self released. Eddy Current Suppression Ring are based in Melbourne, Australia. If you don't already know, this is Mikey Young's "first" band.
