Oh shit I forgot to elaborate on Joshua's role in the book Assblasted by being beaten again by Niklas (who can make shit float now for some reason) Joshua is contacted telepathically by Atrim, who wants to know about the guy giving off a disgustingly powerful psychic aura that just whooped him Accepting an offer to work with the Limoli, Atrim learns that Josh has a mechanical foot (he got it crushed a few years back and his father owns a mechanical augmentation R&D company) and offers to swap some schweet augs in return for being a field agent on the Limoli's side, taking out or at least hindering Niklas and, if possible, the Mafia. Still assblasted and grabbing at a chance to kick Nick, Joshua agrees Joshua goes full Adam Jensen, getting tricked out with new limbs that give him super-grade strength, stamina, and speed, and brain augmentations that give him the reflexes and focus necessary to use his augs to the fullest. He also gets some augs that render him immune to psychic influence like mind control, but he's not any less effected by telekinesis or other powers that impose psychic will upon the physical world He steals a katana from some neckbeard and brings it back to be changed into a vibration/high-frequency sword, while Nick gets his own pilfered sword made a lot heavier by Lenny over at Mafia HQ More or less Joshua takes the role of a far more threatening Gary Oak that goads out the Mafia's full forces and impedes progress for Niklas and his crew OH MY GOD JT A BOMB
