I was just thinking about the aftermath of Jane’s a Car.

The custody case for Tim is Emma(and Paul) vs Becky!Jane.

Duke is social worker (obviously) and Tim is like “That’s not Ms. Becky. It looks like her, but she’s acting sort of like my mom? Idk.”

Emma clocks it immediately and feels like she’s lost her damn mind because that’s her fucking sister. No way to disguise it. She grew up in that shadow. She knows. (Paul in the BG like okay, okay, okay)

And with no other relatives Emma (and Paul) now have a traumatized pre-teen that they have to keep alive.
