Ah, I don't listen to much Russian music outside musical theatre ones? Like I looooove tlm cast and the retj cast. I think i have listened to this one pop band and it was like literally a spice girls vibe but in russian? I liked very much. idk i should listen to more russian artists (outside musicals)!

Yes, it was rolling stop sign. Unlike some other revenue generating government schemes, its regressive and really hurts the poor. Who can afford $500 for a rolling stop sign violation? I'm so sorry for your mom.
