No it isn't. Bpq people DO regularly make fun of gays and lesbians. I'm just not calling it oppression- that's the real problem. Like, if "being mean to someone" is oppression, then monosexism is a legit concept. But that isn't enough to warrant calling someone an oppressor/privileged (I hate theses words by now but I'll use them).
Gays and lesbians can certainly be biphobic and make fun of bpq people, but that doesn't make monosexism real. It means that some gays and lesbians are assholes to bpq people, but I'm not going to pretend it bpq don't regularly make fun of gays and lesbians too. It's all fucked and none of it is acceptable, but it doesn't have the material basis to call it oppression or privilege. If I had a penny for every time I heard a bpq person say that being gay was problematic in some sense I'd have a whole lot of pennies. If bpq people had a penny for every time a gay or lesbian person mocked their sexuality, they'd have a lot of pennies too.
