About / FAQ / Commission Info
How long have you been doing spray paint art for?
I started seriously researching spray paint as a medium in April of 2014, and started practicing in June of the same year.
Your page says you take commissions, but you've only just started painting?
I figure I might get some flack for opening up commissions when I'm still very much a beginner, so I wanted to address this. I've wanted to do this kind of art for a long time but I don't have any disposable income to speak of. It took me months and months to save up for the basic materials I needed to begin practicing.
I'm pursuing this art style, and art in general, first and foremost for myself. But if there is a chance I can become a self-sustaining venture and I can fund my supply needs through the art I make, I would love to try.
Some of your paintings look familiar, or like paintings I've seen other spray paint artists do. Are all your pieces duplicates?
Far from it! While I'm learning, my first pieces (especially when practicing new techniques) will most likely be based off of tutorials or watching other artists at work. As I continue to grow and improve, however, every piece will become unique.
What kind of pricing can we expect for one of your pieces?
Almost every piece that I post is for sale (unless otherwise noted in the caption). I'm going to constantly be practicing, which means I'll constantly be creating pieces.
That being said, buying an already-created piece or practice piece will usually run between $10 and $20, shipping included. Commissioned and custom pieces will vary, and exact pricing will be discussed as part of the conversation during the ordering process.
Keep in mind that every piece is an original and I do not sell prints, only one-of-a-kind works.
So how can we get in touch with you to commission a piece or with any questions we might have?
My ask box is always open, and you may additionally reach me at my email: [email protected]
