Capture of the scam blog 'the90sbest' and its pinned post.

Scam evidence in capture:

Paypal thru-link says 'PH' for Philippines (where Philippine Pesos are used), despite the post being in USD/CAD

Paypal thru-link says 'PH' for Philippines but the vet bill picture says 'Medford, WI', USA at the very top

The post tells people to send money through Paypal's 'friends and family' which doesn't have scam protection

The post says 'my dog Rico' in the first paragraph, but there is a cat in the pictures, and it talks about a cat in the second paragraph (scammer has since corrected this)

The header picture is reused from at least one previous scam blog
