Don’t stress about eating. You are a human and humans require food. It’s just a thing. Go eat. Get something healthy. Be proud of yourself that you got something healthy and not junk. Be proud that you got out of the house. You’re a good person and you’re doing good things today and I’m proud of you. 💙💚

it’s so hard, recovering on your own. like, this week has incredibly kicked my ass. like. we’re talking kaiju-levels of destruction in my brain. 

and it really means a lot (like, way more than i have the words for) that you are here supporting me. every little bit is another nudge and i’m getting closer to actually standing up out of bed and saying ‘i can do it it’s okay i’m not bad for eating’

how are you? I'm fine, thanks.

What did you do today? Not much, I've been watching Doctor Who and having breakfast, and getting my notes ready for the classes.

What did you eat? Just cofee, I will have lunch in an hour, I think. Ropa vieja. It means "raggedy clothes", it's a spanish meal you do with the leftovers of another spanish meal, consisting in chickpeas, vegetables, chicken, ham...

What did you wear? My pyjamas. And a cardigan.

Who did you see? Nobody yet!

Is there something you're looking forward to? I don't know, I have some projects, things I want to draw, a cardigan I'm embroidering, a necklace I have to fix, I'm planning a little trip...

What's your favorite show right now and why? I'm watching like a ton of shows at the same time. Let me see... Sense8, it's awesome, very well done, the characters are so true, I love how the main plot is not that important compared to the daily lives and dramas of the main characters. It's like, yeah, something is going on, but you know, I already had troubles to spare, so give me a break.And there is Z-Nation, it's not the best show in the world for sure, but it's wild and funny and I enjoy it very much. There are really shitty episodes and then there is a very cool one that makes the shitty ones worth watching, it's like a roller coaster.

What was the last movie you watched for the first time and did you like it? I think it was Kingsman. And I liked it. Very much. Even though they kill Jack Davenport at the very beggining of the movie. Poor thing. He was so handsome with his suit.

What color are your bedsheets? A mix. I don't care if they don't match, you know. The lower sheet is red and the top is pink and grey. And the pillowcase have flowers in it. I'm really messy.

What's on the walls in your bedroom? There is a painting I did with a girl and a kitten, copying a Renoir one. Not my best painting, but the cat is cute. And there is a hanger made of bronze resembling cats. And there is a metal ornament I found on a shop that resembles birds flying in front of a bush or something. That's my bedroom. In the place I have my books and my computer there's hardly any free room in the walls, too many bookcases, but I have some frames from Ikea with things like the poster of Amelie Poulain movie, the poster of a theatrical performance of Pygmalion, a composition of rapiers and fleur de lys I found on a very fancy promotional calendar someone gave to my ex-boss (and he throw away like the rest, so I stole that month. Nicely done, high quality paper and printing and Musketeer's related, you would've stole it too) and Delirium and Death from The Sandman. And I'm planing on having more stuff as soon as I can go and buy more frames.

Is there anything in the fridge right now that you're excited to eat? Dunno, let me see... not really. The usual stuff.

What was the last thing that made you laugh?It was something from here, the last night, I think. Some vine, probably.
