I wanna send a shoutout to @theangryblade for showing us an amazing, funny and in character Yammy. It’s so great to see someone take one of the less popular Espada and bring him to life. His posts always crack me up and just brighten my day overall. He’s a great addition to our fandom and I hope he sticks around for a long time!

When she’d been given the mission, she’d looked a bit shocked at first. With Aizen’s desertion, Seireitei had been sending scouts in all directions to make sure he wasn’t in the human world, as well as the farthest of the outskirts of Soul Society, mostly to rule out. When they’d started to send people to Hueco Mundo, at first, it had been a bad idea, since the desertion was relatively recent, so the shinigamis that were sent, didn’t come back. So they waited, waited till things had calmed down a bit, before sending off someone else. And this time, it was Ashe’s turn. The redhead hadn’t been particularly fond of the idea, but again, she’d sworn to serve, so what could she do. 

Treading out of the Garganta, she set her foot in Hueco Mundo for the first time since she’d been a kid. It was odd, but no less beautiful with the stillness of the serene white dunes, occasional white crystal trees, and the forever night sky, which she remembered from back then. Why was was it so pretty? It was something she’d sometimes wondered, and had to conclude that it was simply because of the serenity of the place.

Walking along the sand, her silvery white eyes scouted the dunes and the horizon, eyes caught on the big building in the distance. “Interesting...” she muttered to herself, before she began to use Fuiam to get closer without being detected. As she reached the place, Ashe continued to stay out of sight, as well as keeping a lit on her spirit pressure, while spying on what was going on down inside. It was mostly just some of the Arrancar bickering, talks of fighting, threats, not much to go on, although she did hear some of them chatter on about Aizen and some of his plans, but again, it wasn’t much to go on.

Moving to another sector of the place, the redhead kept out of sight until she’d gathered enough intel and began to move out again. Well, that was until she ran into one of the Arrancars, a certain Numero Diez.

And there Kew goes, sent flying into the nearest wall and buried under a mountain of confetti. At the very least, this is the nicest thing Yammy has ever done for him! Possibly the nicest thing he’s done for anyone, knowing the Decima’s track record. So that counts for something.

Doesn’t mean he ain’t gettin’ payback for this.
