This tasty and refreshing parfait was made with flavors from The Bakers Dozen's Jimmy Carter Cake. Just right for a tropical-themed sweet treat!
Ingredients: 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained. 1 cup shredded coconut. 1 cup chopped pecans. 1 cup miniature marshmallows. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup whipped topping. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup maraschino cherries, chopped. Graham cracker crumbs for garnish.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, miniature marshmallows, and chopped maraschino cherries. In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream, whipped topping, and granulated sugar until well combined. Fold the sour cream mixture into the fruit and nut mixture until evenly distributed. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld. Before serving, spoon the parfait mixture into individual serving glasses or bowls.
