When I was 12 years old, I was just a shy kid who saw these two girls who looked like me playing music. Little did I know that 13 years later, I would have picked up the guitar myself, write, dedicate a college story to them, and do everything I’m doing today because of that representation. . When you’re a kid you don’t think about why you’re drawn to certain individuals — but just goes to show how much of an impact they can have on your life. (And what a weird thing when they tell you, “Oh my god, you’re a woman now!”) Thanks @diaframpton for always being you. Always good seeing you. 💛 . P.S.
