Always ready to roll for a nice juicy burger. Really I’m a sucker for any sort of tender meat but this was just fabulous. I was kindly gifted this Pulled Angus Beef Brisket burger by @theburgerchef_my and it did not disappoint! Size of the burger is huge, as you can see I had hard time holding the whole burger with one hand. The beef slow cooked in BBQ sauce for 6-7 hours , full of flavour beautifully shredded, slathered generously on buttered brioche bun, topped with red cabbage slaw. Appetizing? you bet. Angus beef brisket is the winner here, cooked low and slow for the burst of luscious tasteful good meat. A little more acid to the slaw would’ve cut through the fat. Bun soaks up the beef juice gave so much more flavour to the already buttery bun, compared to Burgerlab (sorry not sorry) which is just.. dry buns IMO. Burger was nicely wrapped in foil , smart to ensure those buns are drenched deliciously in beef brisket juice. Overall this burger is juicy, savoury, sweet, saucy and messy, very filling giving the size of it. The sauce will get all over your hands, probably even your chin, your shirt. But this intense, perfectly balanced harmony of gorgeous mess is definitely worth the risk. Did you say it’s Sandwich? Isn’t it a Burger? Either way this is just too satisfying. Will I order again?
