Strength - “Taming The Beast” Keywords: strength, loyalty, perseverance, willpower, bravery, honor, patience Strength is a symbol of taming the beast - is this the beast within yourself or the beast in other people and situations you will encounter through out your life? For most of us, we can look back at a moment in our life where we had to step up to the plate. Our battles and struggles in life all represent the ferocious lion in the card and the patient individual learning to approach this beast with patience and love and nurturing reveals that even a wild heart can be tamed when it is given the right amount of attention, love, devotion or simply just listening to them. In love Readings, this card can represent a personality trait one may have. This card can reveal the energy of the relationship or what the relationship is lacking. Strength is not just a symbol of power but also a need to sometimes let the walls down and allow yourself to feel emotions. In the reversed this card may represent a lack of patience and a lack of rational thinking in stressful situations. It can be a toxic person or a toxic emotion as well as someone who struggles with lack of willpower and may constantly battle with self-doubt and self-sabotage. 🔮 TheCacklingMoon.storenvy.com
The Hermit - “Inner Introspection” Keywords: Introverted, shy, deep thinker, old soul, intuitive, wisdom seeker, to be single, independent, maturity The Hermit - from an archetype perspective - is the old wise soul. This is the social recluse. The introvert. The “loner”. The empath. The Hermit is our reminder to seek inward focus and to spend time truly understanding WHO we are. When this card pops up in a personal reading, you’re usually being guided to dive in deep with the self. To take a step back and lay low. A need for relaxing and cleansing of the body, heart and soul. A desire to answer the questions of life. A need to fulfill one’s personal life purpose. In love readings, The Hermit may represent someone who is single or needs to be. Someone who is shy or modest in their approach to social settings. One who is simply older. Someone who desires their own independence within a marriage. In career readings, The Hermit may represent someone who’s on the hunt for a path that fulfills their heart’s desires. An artist, poet, musician, or someone who prefers more independent roles. Someone who doesn’t mind working odd or more eccentric jobs. This card may also represent someone who will be in that inbetween phase of work as they float from one job to the next. In the reversed, The Hermit may represent one’s immaturity or lack of self-esteem. Someone who doesn’t know themselves and may not desire to take the time to dig deep. This personal may be quick to action, impulsive, and struggles with being alone. 🔮 TheCacklingMoon.com
The Hierophant - “Step Outside The Box” Keywords: order, tradition, religion, faith, marriage, old fashion mindset, seeking mentorship, education The Hierophant is about a traditional mindset, lifestyle, way of being. When this card comes up in readings it can represent one’s attitude toward the question or their life in general. Hierophant energy can be closed minded or represent someone needing to expand their horizons. It could represent a lack of faith or the desire to strengthen one’s spiritual path. In relationships, the Hierophant can represent a need for taking things slow and enjoying the experience of dating to get to know someone. I tend to tell my clients to approach the good ol fashioned “courting the person in question”. For those already in a relationship, this card can depict taking things to the next level - marriage or moving in together. In the reversed, a need to re-evaluate one’s beliefs is in order. Perhaps a struggle with faith or experiencing a major life changing event that brings questions to the purpose of life. This card may also reveal a pending divorce or thoughts of it as well as a divide in relationship, partnerships, and friendships. 🔮 TheCacklingMoon.com
THE HIGH PRIESTESS “Third eye revelations”
Keywords: intuition, psychic abilities, looking inward, trusting your higher-self, knowledge
The High Priestess is about your subconscious. Everything hidden and the unseen. This is your intuition; where trusting your intuitive vibes comes into play.
When you’re going through something major in your life and find yourself trying to maintain control on all fronts, The High Priestess will usually come forward to guide you to look inward. She is the little voice inside your head guiding you to take the alternate route.
High Priestess can also represent a person in our life or a moment in which we experience a Spiritual Awakening. This is someone who is in touch with their higher-selves as well as a turn of events that lead us down the rabbit hole into a realm of mysticism and new age belief systems. This is where we shed the layers we were born with and dive into a new way of thinking and living.
The High Priestess can also represent our connection to God or Spirit. She may sometimes represent a loved one who has passed or Spirit’s desire to connect with us. In reversed, the High Priestess may represent lies and deceit. People who aren’t all that they seem. She can be just as diabolical as she is magical.

The Emperor - “Own Your Power” Keywords: structure, stability, assertiveness, leadership, Fire, confidence, power, dominance, eager, impatient, headstrong The Emperor is dominance, structure and stability rolled into one. This is the source of your inner power. That fiery ball of energy that just wants to expand and conquer everything it touches. When you embrace your inner power, you will succeed! Nothing is impossible. The #4 is about stability. The 4 sides to a home, the 4 pillars holding up a structure. When you are grounded (root Chakra - red) you are firmly planted on fertile soil. You are ready to expand. You are confidence and eager to lead the pack. The Emperor can symbolize a father figure (but is not limited to just a male) or inspiring individual in your life. The Emperor is also seen as a sign or symbol of an enforcer in one’s life or identity. This card often describes the divine masculine where the Empress is the divine feminine. In the reversed, this card may indicate a need for balance and structure in one’s life, lack of motivation/self-confidence, or a negative individual in one’s life. This card may also express negative personality traits and actions one may be struggling with. For example: anger issues, jealousy, possessiveness, abusive behaviors. 🔮 TheCacklingMoon.com
