Growth is one step after another.
Growth pushes forward.
Growth pushes outward.
Pushing until it breaks free.
Pushing until it all rearranges.
And you reemerge.
Beautifully.

Just as all water flows from and returns to the ocean, all Love flows from and returns to you. You are the source of all the Love you feel. Although it may be hidden, hardened, beat up or ignored, the source of all Love is within you — within your Heart.

Patience
Patience comes with your willingness to be with the things, feelings and emotions that come to you in each moment you’re impatient. Be with the boredom, frustration and agitation that come, when you simply want to go and don’t want to wait.
Breathe and feel these things when you are impatient and you’ll uncover more of you, you’ll find the simplicity of this all and that those feelings that come up in you don’t have to control you. You can be here with those things and just be. They can reside in you but don’t have to control your actions. And you’ll get closer to the beauty, love and lightness of this all, for patience, when not forced, is a gateway and not separate from those.

Healing From Extreme Jealousy
Other’s beauty and talent subtract zero from yours. Work with what you have and with what is given to you. Your mind will wander to others, just pull it back to you, bring your awareness to where you are, what you can do now and what is beautiful here now and within you now.
Breathe, feel, be and do. When your mind wanders to the beauty or talents of others, take that as a reminder that these things are in abundance. And they are abundant within you. Try to sense that. Feel your wholeness and your aliveness now, breathe, soften and just do.
All things arise, suffer change and pass away. This is their nature. When you know this, nothing perturbs you. Nothing hurts you. You become still.

#compassion #beCompassionate #peace #workForPeace #mindfulness #meditation #zenwords #dalaiLama #theCalmInside No matter what is going on. Never give up. Develop the heart. Too much energy in your country is spent developing the mind. Instead of the heart. Be compassionate. Not just to your friends but to everyone. Be compassionate. Work for peace. In your heart and in the world. Work for peace. And I say again, never give up. No matter what is going on around you. Never give up! — Dalai Lama via @the_calminside
Thoughts are a reminder to turn towards then and to see what belief you’re holding onto that isn’t true. Thoughts are the out-reaching of a belief that is held by you, unknowingly. Look at that thought and see, try to get to the propelling force behind it that gives it its life. Looking and seeing, you can begin to question it or to at least begin to see the relative nature of it. And this will all serve to unwind the belief and the thoughts that come from that belief will lose momentum and their hold on you
