The Hobbit and The Lord of The Rings were 2 stories that changed my life. The epicness of the writing and the stories that they contained have captivated me for hours. Tolkien was a master story teller and I will forever be indebted to how his genius has influenced my writing and has encouraged me to never give up on writing. I find it pretty funny how C. S. Lewis modeled the Professor in his epic "The Chronicles of Narnia" after his friend Tolkien. And, Tolkien modeled Treebeard after his friend C. S. Lewis. (That must have been one interesting conversation) . . .
