Cloud Catcher: Day 2
Today I was off set in order to go to Truro to pick up a generator to use for the smoke machine needed for the exterior shoots later in the week
It’s a really big, really heavy generator which made it a big operation but tomorrow I’ll be back on set and we’ll be going to film at Trebah Garden
Cloud Catcher: Day 1
When we arrived at our remote Penzance location we found our microphone was broken so Mike had to return to Falmouth to collect a new one. This meant we had two hours without sound recording but we carried on to make sure we didn’t fall behind schedule.
Unfortunately we had a power cut which then prevented us checking our footage and then when we checked the footage the camera hadn’t been recording in the right setting so everything would have to be reshot. By this time time and light was against us so we had to work very quickly.
Let hope tomorrow is better. On the plus side our production designer absolutely outdid herself!
