If you don't feel up to answering feel free to ignore this but I'm curious: if Sansa found out Shae testified against her how would she feel? Would she feel betrayed, understand the position Shae was in as someone who was asked to lie on behalf of Joffrey? Does she think about Shae after she's left Kings Landing?

Thank you so much for sending this in! I think that if Sansa knew she would feel initially betrayed? Shae was the first person to truly be kind to her without any ulterior motive (as far as Sansa knew). Tyrion is a Lannister and Sansa had no reason to trust that his kindness was genuine. Sandor Clegane saved her, but he wasn’t kind to her (I mean he was, in his own way). Everyone that spoke to her had some design and Sansa knew that she was being watched closely. Shae was honest and gentle and the lessons she gave Sansa were precious. Shae was a friend, mentor, and the closest thing Sansa had to a true confidant and even though Shae warned Sansa not to trust anyone, Sansa trusted her, and while she does feel betrayed - she is not entirely surprised and given Sansa’s own guilt - she cannot be angry. 

She left King’s Landing as a suspect in Joffrey’s murder and as Shae was her handmaiden, there was no doubt she would be questioned. Did Shae betray her of her own volition, was she bribed? Threatened? Sansa doesn’t know and she cannot condemn Shae without hearing the truth of it from her own mouth. 

Sansa thinks of Shae often. Prior to her death, Sana wonders if she’ll see her again, if they’ll have a chance to talk. Despite her feelings of betrayal, she’d wonder is Shae is alright, if she’s being taken care of. Afterwords, she remembers her fondly and is saddened by her loss. No matter what Shae said at the trial, she was her friend and Sansa misses her dearly.
