I recently rewatched #thedarkestminds movie and decided it was time I found what really happened. I’ve been slowly making my way through #thedarkestmindstrilogy plus the #book of short stories that came in between and after the trilogy. All of these books including the short stories kept me up well into the early morning hours each night. Overall I loved the series, though there were parts where Ruby was seriously frustrating, but then I had to remind myself how old she was when she was locked away, the abuse she suffered while there and the loss of her family and many more along the way. I just got so caught up in it. I just wanted her to catch a break.
