My only question is as to why it's a problematic thing that Stiles is bi instead of demi?
honestly, a lot of people can answer this much better than I can. but it comes down to erasure.
stiles is a white kid. why does he get to be bisexual when we canonically have DANNY - who is a poc and clearly queer. why doesn't danny get a storyline? why doesn't danny get a healthy queer romance? why doesn't danny get anything?
why do we have to give queer rep to stiles - some mangsting white kid - when you have an established character. until danny THE QUEER MOC OF BEACON HILLS gets a boyfriend, happiness, and a personality - stiles doesn't get jackshit for ~*~bisexuality~*~ so that fandom/the show can shift all their attention to stiles AGAIN and have not only a poc but a queer poc erased from their own show.
also white gay boys already get their due attention, thanks. I'd like to see more poc anywhere.
