Needlefelted a pet portrait for the talented cathbiscuits on instagram as part of a trade! A little more bright and sunny than my usual! Very fun to do, and I liked the blend of 3D and 2D. SPRING IS COMING

Finished the Wolptertinger wall art! Tried doing embroidered eyes instead of using beads and jump rings...I don’t think I like it. Good to know for next time! Instagram | Reblog Blog
A Selkie portrait in progress
Finally, I made things with less grey in them! A “Tortoise and the Hare” magnet set. Check out TheFeltedFable on instagram for works-in-progress!
It’s that greek dude pegasus, and my first serious attempt at needle felting on a flat surface, with a bit of embroidery here and there.
A sphinx has been needle felted into existence! Instagram

beautiful colors as always! I like the composition of this one too. Why do they build towers?
Other inhabitants of Vash think they build them to make everyone else’s life miserable, but that’s probably only a smidgen of truth. The tower building is many things to Zotzi and Quetzi - proof of their mastery, work of art, lifetime pride and achievement, bloodless way to wage war against their rirvals and advance in the tribe’s hierarchy, part of mating rituals (ladies like guys with big towers and vice versa XDDDD). Maybe they want to check if they can reach the stars/see if gods exist? There’s as many reasons as they will ever tell you and each is a good one. I don’t know yet how it all started, but I will surely think of it soon XD
Thanks so much for your comment, I hope you’re having a great day :3! *hug*
