Lior stares out into the rain they’re trapped in, legs drawn up to her chest and arms curled around her legs. She leans back, shiver over taking her and she hunkers down into herself once more.
“Never liked storms....” she comments gently, turning to look over at Loghain. “When I was very young... it was storming for days and days and even though my father told me not to go to the river, I did.” she laughed out. “Current took be down the river, it’s funny now, but Templars found me, this is before I came into my magic--” she added, watching the man with a softened smile.
If there was a proper word to describe his emotions, he would put it as a strange mix of giddiness and worry gnawing at him. Under the Inquisitor's orders- after the incident with the Grey Wardens- he was instructed by their leader to work with master strategist Loghain. Having been in Ferelden during the Blight, Cullen knew quite well what he had done- so much gossip, how could he not?- but still, he also knew of all he'd done and all the master plans he had concocted. Due to that reason, he wasn't sure how he should have felt. Perhaps it would be best to remain indifferent until he figured out how to feel about the situation. What the ex-templar knew for certain, though, was that he was glad for another mind, another set of hands to work on strategies and plans with him, especially one as talented as he. When there was finally the knock on the door, signifying the other's appearance, he looked up, dismissing his thoughts as he cleared his throat. "Come in!" He called, lest he go unheard, adding a "don't mind the mess" once the door had opened, in a softer tone. Straightening, he offered his gauntlet-clad hand to the other, nodding respectively. "Greetings. I'm Commander Cullen Rutherford of the Inquisitor's army. Cullen, however, will suffice. Its a pleasure to meet you, Loghain."

❝... Ter- Loghain?❞
Jowan almost calls him Teryn Loghain, barely correcting himself in time, tugging his sleeves down against his wrists nervously at the mistake. He wonders if Loghain recognises him from his judge- ment in Denerim - and hopes the answer is no.

thefereldenideal started listening to the bard.
"We do not have to get along, Ser, we just have to get out of this. Preferably alive. Can we agree on this?"

Sometimes Tavi just wished he could get it through people’s heads that he usually scouted alone for a reason.
Sure Crestwood had demons pouring out and a small problem with the undead but he’d have a far better chance of avoiding all of that if he didn’t have a man in armor with him. He glanced at the man out of the side of his eye before abruptly turning forward again.
It didn’t help that he was a shem and faintly intimidating even if they’d only been together a total of five minutes. “...They really think this place is dangerous if they’re sendin’ me scouting with a fighter.”

The journey to Logain’s current whereabouts was long and tedious; but she wanted to check up on the ex-commander to see how he was adjusting to his life as a warden.
Stepping into the recreational area of the fortress, Wingul crossed her arms as she approached Logain.
“Hmph.” She sounded, making her presence known to the other.
