“Sasuke!”
In this instant, Sasuke had urge to bolt out of the room. Instead, he managed to keep his face impassive despite staring at Naruto’s wide mischievous grin.
“What?” He growled, straying few centimeters away from his boyfriend as Naruto kept moving closer and closer to his face.
“You know what day is today?” Naruto singsang.
“Today we completed three months of dating.”
Naruto blinked.
Sasuke flapped the newspaper straight, relaxing his posture. “So that was it?”
Humming, he scratched the back of his blond head. “Well, I didn’t expect you’d actually remember that.” His confused face slowly turned to a playful one. “Aww Sasuke–you really do care!”
“What do you want.” Sasuke glared.
“Well, shouldn’t we celebrate? Like…shouldn’t you give me a gift or something?”
Hm. “Take off your clothes then.”
“What?” Naruto blurted. “What?”
“Stop wasting time and get on with it.” Sasuke slithered his hand under the orange t-shirt as Naruto stared the predatory look and slapped the hand away.
“What? No, I didn’t mean that you bastard. Hey!” He protested when Sasuke suddenly managed to take off his shirt in a blink of an eye and now was unzipping his fly. “Can you just wait for a fucking second?”
With a roll of eyes, Sasuke paused briefly just to humor him.
Naruto cleared his throat. “I guess I was looking for something more sentimental, like…more long lasting and everything.”
Graphite eyes stared and then narrowed even further.
“I mean…it’s only been one year since you returned to Konoha and…”
Sasuke sighed. “Ok fine. What do you want.”
Naruto’s trademark mischievous grin returned, Sasuke wondered if he should have taken the original escape route.

Naruto was practically skipping on the way home, uncaring to the odd looks he was receiving from the villagers. Iruka pointed out his good humor in which Naruto only answered with a smile…that quickly morphed into a playful grin as soon as he turned around, bidding his teacher goodbye.
He swung the door open, declaring. “Sasuke, I’m home~~~~~~”
His smile didn’t dim one bit, even if he was facing a full-powered Sharingan glare back.
Naruto opened his arms. “I’m here for my daily fix of hugs and kisses.”
Sasuke’s crimson eyes were still spinning until, with a sigh, he deactivated. Summoning every fiber of his will, he approached his boyfriend and gave a small pat on the back.
Naruto snickered. Baby steps, baby steps. No sooner the patting stopped, he closed his eyes, puckering his lips.
“If you continue such abominable face coming from the heinous depths of hell I’ll go back to Orochimaru, Madara, Kaguya or whoever so God help me.”
Pouting, Naruto attempted to make a neutral expression, but a upward quirk of his lips betrayed said otherwise.
Heaving another sigh, Sasuke gave him a peck of lips and a weak hand chop on his head. “I’ll kill you once this is over.” He mumbled, blushing.
“Well.” Naruto rubbed his chin. “I have no regrets.” He suddenly tackled his boyfriend from behind, then fled from the impending Chidori aiming to him back.
Still worth it.

“Sasuke~I want my daily hug and kiss~”
Grumbling, Sasuke put an arm around his body mechanically, kissing his cheek.

“Sasuke, so where’s my kiss and hug~?”
Sasuke stared, before he kissed on the back of Naruto’s neck and gave a awkward hug from behind.

“Sasuke~~~”
Glaring, Sasuke actually raised both his hands to embrace his boyfriend, but retaliated by groping Naruto’s ass and bit his neck.
“That’s not a kiss!” Naruto’s protests were taken aside the moment Sasuke stripped his yukata, his own jeans dropped alongside as they hurried to the bedroom.

“I wonder if all of this was really worth all the trouble.” Sasuke sighed, his hands combing Naruto’s hair as the latter’s head was settled on his lap.
Smiling, Naruto affectionately rubbed his face on his stomach, gripping the blue shirt tighter.
Thank God this was going to end soon. After all, he only promised to comply to Naruto’s shenanigans for this past month and he was sure Naruto was milking this opportunity for all its worth.

His Hawk mask detached in one smooth move, hand gliding to place it on the wall, lining together with other couple of masks with varying drawings of different animals.
His heart skipped a beat when noticing that the fox mask was laying few feet ahead. However, as he was reporting the mission to the Hokage, her eyes appeared unfocused, staring in the distance from her balcony.
“Hokage-sama?” He questioned.
She blinked, as if she only noticed his presence now.
Before he could express his annoyance, the Hokage shook her head. “Uchiha-kun, you’re dismissed for the week.”
Now it was Sasuke’s turn to be surprised. “I thought I have another mission tomorrow.”
“I’ll reassign to someone else. You should go home. Rest.” She aligned the documents on her table, sitting on the opulent chair.
It wasn’t difficult for him to connect the dots. “Did something happened to Naruto’s mission…?”
Tsunade shook her head. “Take care of the brat for me will you?”

The door creaked open, entering through careful steps in the dark room. “Naruto?” Sasuke asked. “Naruto, I’m home.”
He tiptoed, passing the living room as he noticed that their bedroom’s door was closed, when normally it was always open wide. He gripped the door handle.
“Naruto, are you th–” His quick reflexes dodged a kunai targeting his stomach, as he gripped the tanned wrist.
Even though the mouth was tightened to a snarl, the clouded blue eyes had reached clarity once he saw Sasuke, Naruto mumbled. “Oh shit, sorry–Sasuke, did I hurt–”
Sasuke released Naruto’s wrist, shaking his head. “It was nothing.”
Naruto stared his kunai, placing back to his weapon pouch. Sasuke watched as his boyfriend turned around, walking with his shoulders hunched as he sat on the corner of their room.
Sasuke approached, crouching in front of him and placed a hand on his arm.
Naruto managed a weak smile. “Don’t worry about it, it was nothing that bad, I just…” He sighed, his head dropped in between his linked arms.
Searching around the bed, Sasuke found a blanket nearby and placed on Naruto’s body.
He sat next to Naruto, one arm encircling around the shoulders, one kiss lingering on Naruto’s temple as they both waited for the sunrise to arrive and dispel their nightmares, for now.
