Happy Friday, witches! The red currants have given me a fantastic crop this year, so I made a little jam! Red currants have their own pectin, so all you need is clean, washed berries, a little water, and some sugar! Once canned, they'll be set by the next day. It's gotten me excited to plan some gardening next year! I've missed it so much since I injured my wrist, and was working inefficiently (which I talked a bit about in my newsletter this morning). I've even got a greenhouse coming today since my cannabis plants need more nighttime warmth this summer!
